Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Wano Labs LLC. By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country). Keep your login safe. You can delete your account any time in Settings.
Your content stays yours
You own your photos, notes and recipes. We store them only to provide the app to you. Only add photos you have the right to use. The sticker and background artwork belongs to us; you’re welcome to share images of it from the app for personal, non-commercial use.
Cake Clerb Pro
- Pro is optional: an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription, and the yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends; renewal is charged within the 24 hours before.
- Manage or cancel in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions. You keep Pro until the period ends.
- Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple. Restore purchases is on the Pro screen and in Settings.
- If Pro ends, you go back to the free plan. Everything you made and every sticker you won stays. Pro collections wait until you come back, and free limits apply to adding new dates and recipes.
- Seasonal collections are open only in their season and return each year. Stickers you won stay on the card.
Stickers and what counts as cake
If it’s sweet, baked, and you’d call it cake, it counts: sponges, cupcakes, cheesecake, brownies and loaf cakes like banana bread. Savoury breads don’t. You can win one sticker a day, based on your local date, however many slices you log. The free plan includes the 8 stickers on My card; Pro opens every collection. Stickers are for fun and have no cash value.
Recipes, notes and reminders
Sample recipes are a starting point, not tested advice. Always check ingredients for allergies. Reminders are a helpful nudge; we can’t guarantee every notification arrives.
The legal bits
Cake Clerb is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits your consumer rights. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
Because you downloaded Cake Clerb from the App Store, Apple’s Standard End User Licence Agreement also applies.
